Return Policy – 24 Hours

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours from the delivery time.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn shoes
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be processed as:
    • Exchange for another size or model, or
    • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.
Important:
Any return request submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
